 You can't learn the step at all if you're sensitive at video quality Aug 21, 2010
I bought this video because of good rating, but I disappointed a lot.
This video had very dark backgroud and the instructors dressed dark chothes and took dark shoes.
I got a headach because I was trying to see their steps; I hardly identify their steps and postures.
Regardless of their dance instruction quality, you might not watch their steps at all because of the video quility(i.e backgroud and their shoes and dress).
I don't think I want to see this vedio again.

This video has lots of details. Which I appreciate. It really is for the beginner. One of the better dance instruction videos and I have seen a few. It does not go into fancy steps, just goes over the basics really well.

I love, love, love this video. The instructors really break down every step and every movement with the arms, hands and hips. If you've never had a dance class before but want to learn salsa, this is a great start.

The video is good for beginners, however it will take some practice- Especially those with two left feet. Basic moves are easily done at a slow pace but changes alot as the speed increases.
